* Please telephone us to make last minute reservations
* We kindly request our guests to be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time at the bus station
* Reservations will only be refunded if cancelled more than 7 full days prior to the service date and time minus the 15% service fee
* If the service is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter weather condition cancellations because of snow and guests could not arrive in destination etc.), guests will receive a full refund including our own service fees
* Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments
* Tourkeystay is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the service
