General information & conditions
* The cost of this service depends on the number of passengers and the vehicle required to transport them. The minimum charge covers up to five passengers. Additional passengers are charged per person,
* All driving and transportation services are included for the entire duration of your trip,
* Please telephone us to make last minute reservations,
* We kindly request our guests to be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time,
* If the Airport transfer is cancelled because of a natural problem/disaster (eg winter flight cancellations because of snow and guests could not arrive in destination etc.), guests will receive a full refund including our own service fees,
* Effective sales rates of the Turkish Central Bank are valid for payments,
* Tourkeystay is not responsible for any loss or theft of belongings during the service,
